Biography

Cynthia Haas is a general music instructor in the Grand Valley charter school consortium. In addition to ÃÛÌÒapp Gospel Choir, Cynthia also serves as a staff accompanist at Grand Valley State University, Michigan State Band and Orchestra Association, and Calvary Church in Grand Rapids. She maintains an active private piano studio, where she trains students in areas of literature, improvisation, choral-part reading, harmonization, and various genres needed to succeed in today's world. She received her Masters in Music Education from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
