Biography

Pamela Smith is a Registered Dietitian. She received her degree in dietetics from Michigan State University and her Masters degree from Texas A & M University.  Pamela has held many positions over the years including working as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), teaching  nutrition classes and mentoring dietetic students.  In addition to her position at ÃÛÌÒapp, she provides nutrition counseling for clients who have food allergies and digestive conditions, and also provides medical nutrition therapy in a outpatient Eating Disorders setting. Pam approaches nutrition in a very personal way, emphasizing the wide variety of wonderful and delicious foods we can enjoy to nourish our bodies while maintaining optimal health and balance.  Pamela and her husband and have six children and enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing, swimming, and kayaking .
