Biography
Professor Hammond’s academic background includes a D.B.A. in Management from Anderson University and an M.M. from Aquinas College. She is currently an Associate Professor of Management and a Department Chair at ÃÛÌÒapp’s School of Business. Hammond’s teaching expertise includes organizational behavior and human resource management, and her research interests are centered on the impact of artificial intelligence on learning experiences and the field of human resource management. She is also contributing to the academic community as a co-editor of an upcoming textbook that explores the synergy between marketing and AI. Prior to her academic tenure, she gained industry experience in human resource management, training, and development within the banking sector.
