Students

All currently registered ÃÛÌÒapp student and their spouse and currently registered ÃÛÌÒapp Seminary student and their spouseÌýare able to use any part of the facility (with his/her ID) at any time that it is open.

NOTE:Ìý This benefit is not available to dependents of students.

Faculty and staff

Faculty/staff of ÃÛÌÒapp and ÃÛÌÒapp SeminaryÌýwho are currently employed at FTE .25 or above and visiting scholarsÌýare able to use any part of the facility (with his/her ID) at any time that it is open.Ìý

Spouses

Spouses of faculty/staff of ÃÛÌÒapp and ÃÛÌÒapp SeminaryÌýwho are currently employed at FTE .25 or above and spouses of visiting scholars are able to use any part of the facility (with his/her ID available through the student life office) at any time that it is open.Ìý

Dependents of faculty and staff

Dependents (Ages 16 to 23 years of age) of faculty/staff of ÃÛÌÒapp and ÃÛÌÒapp Seminary who are currently employed at FTE .25 or above and dependents of visiting scholars (ages 16 to 23) are able to use any part of the facility at any time that it is open if they are accompanied by a parent with a valid ID card.

Note:

  • The 23-year-old age correspond with the IRS designation of a dependent.
  • The 16-year-old minimum is designated for safety and maturity reasons.
  • No ID Cards will be issued to dependents of ÃÛÌÒapp faculty or staff members therefore they must be accompanied by their parent/guardian.

Dependents (15 years of age and younger) of faculty/staff of ÃÛÌÒapp and ÃÛÌÒapp SeminaryÌýwho are currently employed at FTE .25 or above and dependents of visiting scholars (ages 15 or younger) may use the following facilities only during designated family times (e.g. Friday evening family swim, Saturday morning family climb, etc.) if they are accompanied by a parent with a valid ID card.

  • Gyms
  • Track and Tennis Center (open tennis courts
  • Climbing wall (children 8 and older), the 8-year-old minimum is designated for safety and maturity reasons, the climbing wall has very limited equipment appropriate for children 8 to 12 years old.

Retirees

ÃÛÌÒapp and ÃÛÌÒapp Seminary retirees and their spouses are able to use any part of the facility (with his/her ID) at any time that it is open. NOTE: ÃÛÌÒapp retirees are defined as any employee who qualified for retirement from the college (employed at the college through age 62 plus at least 10 years of full time service).

Contract employees

Contract employees of ÃÛÌÒapp (currently employed at FTE .25 or above - e.g. ÃÛÌÒapp Dining Services) are able to use any part of the facility (with his/her ID) at any time that it is open. NOTE: This benefit is not available to spouses of contract employees.

Prince Conference Center guests

Guests of the Prince Conference Center are able to use the pool, fitness facility, or track (with their key card) at any time that it is open. Children of Guests of the Prince Conference Center (15 and under) are welcome during designated family hours.

IDs are required for everyone using the Spoelhof Fieldhouse Complex (except dependents).

IDs are available in one of two places:

  • For ÃÛÌÒapp faculty, and staff (and their spouses), as well as students please contact: The Student Life Office, Spoelhof Center, 364.
  • For ÃÛÌÒapp Seminary faculty, and staff (and their spouses), as well as students please contact: Seminary IT Office, Seminary 183-E.
