Summer Intern Housing

You put in the hours and secured your internship, now let us make your summer housing simple.

Centrally located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, ÃÛÌÒapp is a quick drive from downtown with easy access to major highways. Plus, ÃÛÌÒapp is a safe campus. Venues at ÃÛÌÒapp has taken every precaution so you can rest easy in your summer home-away-from-home.

Options and amenities

ÃÛÌÒapp has summer housing options available for interns from May 12 through August 10, 2024. If you need housing prior to May 12 or after August 10, we can accommodate you in the Prince Conference Center, located right next to the apartments where you will spend the rest of your time.

  • Two-bedroom apartments (double or quad occupancy)
  • Price includes all utilities and Wi-Fi
  • Full kitchen with appliances (dishwasher, oven/stove, fridge, microwave)
  • Furnished (bed, dressers, desks, shelves, kitchen table and chairs, lamp)
  • Linens included
  • Free laundry facilities
  • Free access to Spoelhof Fieldhouse Complex
  • Free parking
  • Located on bus route
  • Discounted hotel rates for family and friends at the Prince Conference Center

Cost

  • Double occupancy: $1200/person/month ($300/person/week)
  • Quad occupancy: $650/person/month ($162.50/person/week)
  • $200 security deposit (refundable)
  • $25 non-refundable application fee

Eligibility

  • Proof of internship and university enrollment
  • Proof of age
    • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older by the scheduled check-in date. To prove that you are 18 years of age or older, an original government issued ID may be required.
  • Agree to the housing terms of Knollcrest East Apartments.

Housing application

A $25 non-refundable application fee is required to complete the summer intern housing application.
