The following information should answer any questions you may have regarding available technology for visitors to our campus.

I am the parent of an admitted student. Can I set up set up my child's account or reset his/her passphrase for them?

  • Students are required to manage their own accounts and passphrase. ÃÛÌÒapp's Information Technology department is not able to assist anyone except the individual student with resetting a passphrase because access to this account includes access to information that is protected by federal laws such as FERPA and HIPAA. If a student needs assistance setting up a ÃÛÌÒapp account or , contact the HelpDesk by phone, email, or in person and be ready to provide their birthdate, full name, ÃÛÌÒapp ID number, and last four digits of the Social Security number (if needed).

Can I use the computers in ÃÛÌÒapp's computer labs?

  • There are public computer stations located near the main entrance of the . These stations are available for guest/public use. Guests such as parents, visitors, or conference attendees do not have access to technology services or ÃÛÌÒapp's computer lab facilities.
