  • , a Kent County non-profit organization (report violations of Federal/State law only).
  • YWCA Sexual Assault Program (776-7273) – completely anonymous from personnel on campus.
  • Title IX/Sexual Assault Line – “I Will Report It” 526-4974. Callers can leave a voicemail at any time.

Students can also submit anonymous reports of harassment or abuse of power. If you have experienced harassment or abuse of power at app, or suspect that someone you know might be involved in a situation of harassment or abuse, call the I Will Report It designated message line at 616-526-IWRI (616-526-4974).

Students, faculty, and staff may call this line 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, and leave a recorded message.

app encourages the reporting of all perceived incidents of discrimination, harassment or retaliation regardless of the offender’s identity or position at the university. The university receives all anonymous reports and reviews them thoroughly. The university will investigate the situation and determine the options for taking action.

Because anonymous reports often limit the university’s ability to understand and respond to situations, Students are encouraged to discuss their report or situation with a trusted person who can offer support and direction. Students can make a report and the university will work to keep their testimony confidential.

Persons who are victims of crime or who are experiencing trouble with another person are encouraged to meet with a Safer Spaces Coordinator to discuss any concerns or hesitations about making a report and to learn more about the options and support available in their specific situation.
